Prices and what you get

How much does porch decorating cost in Lake Oswego, West Linn, and Beaverton?

Fall porches run $345 to $945, Christmas porches run $425 to $1,150, and custom estate porches start at $1,350. Every price covers design, delivery, and installation.

Is there sales tax?

No. Oregon has no sales tax, so the package price is the total price. The card processing fee is already built into our pricing, not added on.

Do you provide the pumpkins and decorations, or do I buy my own?

We provide everything: pumpkins, gourds, mums, corn stalks, straw bales, signs, baskets, crates, fresh noble fir wreaths and garland, potted trees, and ribbon. It's all in the package price, and we source it from Oregon growers where possible.

Can I keep the decorations?

Yes, all of it. Everything we install is yours the moment it goes on the porch, so you can leave it up as long as you like.

Where we work and when

What areas do you serve? Do you come to Wilsonville, Happy Valley, and Bethany?

We schedule by ZIP code across Washington and Clackamas counties: Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Beaverton, Bethany, Cedar Mill, Tigard, King City, Tualatin, Sherwood, Stafford, Happy Valley, Clackamas, Oregon City, Gladstone, Milwaukie, and Oak Grove. The booking form accepts only those ZIPs. If yours isn't listed, email us, and we'll tell you if we expand.

Do you decorate porches in Portland?

No. We don't serve Portland or Multnomah County, including Dunthorpe. Staying inside Washington and Clackamas counties keeps our install times accurate.

How far in advance should I book?

Fall installs run mid-September through November 25. Book 2 to 3 weeks ahead for the widest choice of weekend slots. Christmas installs run November 28 to December 20.

Do you decorate for Thanksgiving or other holidays?

We decorate for fall and Christmas. Thanksgiving refreshes ($135) are available with any fall package.

Install day

Do I need to be home?

No. You don't need to be home. We email when we're on the way and send photos when we finish.

How long does the install take?

It depends on the package. The calendar reserves 90 minutes for Harvest and Gathered, 2 hours for Showcase, Noble, and Classic, and 2.5 hours for Grand. The pumpkin swap adds 45 minutes to a Christmas install. You don't need to be home for any of it.

What do I need to do before install day?

Clear the porch of anything you want kept, reply to your confirmation email with any gate code, and keep pets inside during your install slot.

Do the poinsettias go on the porch?

No. Poinsettias are an indoor gift, and December nights here are too cold for them. We leave them at your door on install day, so bring them in the same day. If you won't be home, reply to your confirmation email with a sheltered spot, such as inside a storm door.

Weather and how long it lasts

What happens if it rains?

We install rain or shine. A wet porch in October is normal here, so we plan for it. We mix thick-skinned varieties, such as blue Jarrahdales, white ghosts, and pie pumpkins, in with the classic orange. We pick pumpkins within days of your install, choose mums that thrive in cool, wet weather, and anchor everything against wind. We reschedule free only for unsafe conditions, such as ice or a high-wind advisory.

What if a pumpkin rots or a mum wilts?

Pumpkins last 4 to 8 weeks outdoors in fall, and mums last 3 to 5 weeks, so expect some fading. If a live item fails within 7 days for any reason other than weather extremes, animals, theft, or handling by others, email us a photo, and we'll replace it free. Gift poinsettias aren't covered.

Paying, changing, and taking it down

How do payments and cancellations work?

You pay in full when you pick your slot. There are no deposits, no spot holds, and nothing due on the day. Cancel 7 or more days ahead, and we refund what you paid, minus a 3% cancellation fee. Inside 7 days, there's no refund, because your materials are already bought. You can reschedule once for free with 72 hours' notice. Once we install, all sales are final. The full policy is on our Policies page.

Do you take the decorations down?

Only if you add it. Everything is yours, so you can leave the display up and put the pumpkins, mums, stalks, and straw in yard debris when you're done. Three add-ons bring us back: Pumpkin rescue ($95 to $150) on a November route day, the January takedown ($95 to $150) for the Christmas greens January 2 to 10, and the $75 pumpkin swap, which clears the fall display when we install Christmas.
