Service Description
Gathered is our mid-size fall porch, best for wider porches, double doors, and covered entries. It includes about 36 pumpkins and gourds, with heirloom and white ghost varieties in the mix, plus four mums, two corn stalk bundles layered with two straw bales, a harvest basket of gourds, and a seasonal sign. How it works: pick a Saturday or Sunday on the calendar and pay once when you book. Nothing is due on the day. We bring everything, set it up in about 90 minutes, and you don't lift a thing. We install rain or shine. Everything we install is yours to keep, basket included, and if a live item fails within 7 days, we replace it free. We serve Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Tualatin, Sherwood, Tigard, and Beaverton. Doorstep Seasons is owner-run from Tigard. Want it taken down? Add the Pumpkin rescue takedown when you book, and we'll come back in November, haul it all away, and give the sound pumpkins to a farm sanctuary when one can take them. The photos are concept renderings of each package. Real install photos replace them as the season's first porches go in.
Cancellation Policy
Fall 2026 is paid in full when you book your install slot. Nothing is due on the day. Christmas 2026 books separately under its own policy, which you'll see when you book a Christmas package. Cancel a fall booking 7 or more days out, and we refund what you paid, minus a 3% cancellation fee. Inside 7 days, there's no refund. You can reschedule once at no charge with 72 hours' notice. We install rain or shine, and reschedule only for unsafe conditions such as ice or a high-wind advisory. All sales are final, so nothing can be returned or exchanged. If a live item fails within 7 days, we replace it free. Replacement is the only remedy under our 7-day replacement warranty. Takedown is an optional add-on (a November pumpkin rescue, or a January 2 to 10 Christmas takedown), refundable, minus a 3% cancellation fee, until 7 days before its window opens.
