Service Description
Noble includes a 24-inch fresh Willamette Valley noble fir wreath, 25 feet of fresh garland framing the entry, a weatherproof bow, and a 2-foot potted evergreen tied with ribbon. We also leave a live poinsettia at your door to bring inside the same day. We install Christmas porches November 28 to December 20. How it works: pick your install day on the calendar and pay once when you book. Nothing is due on the day. We bring everything, set it up in about 2 hours, and you don't lift a thing. We install rain or shine. Everything we install is yours to keep, tree included, and if a live item fails within 7 days, we replace it free. We serve Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Tualatin, Sherwood, Tigard, and Beaverton. Doorstep Seasons is owner-run from Tigard. Want it taken down? Add the January takedown when you book, and we'll come back January 2 to 10, recycle the greens, and box up the keepsakes for you. The photos are concept renderings of each package. Real install photos replace them as the first porches go in.
Cancellation Policy
Christmas 2026 is paid in full when you book your install slot. Nothing is due on the day. Installs run November 28 to December 20. Cancel a Christmas booking 7 or more days out, and we refund what you paid, minus a 3% cancellation fee. Inside 7 days, there's no refund. You can reschedule once at no charge with 72 hours' notice. We install rain or shine, and reschedule only for unsafe conditions such as ice or a high-wind advisory. All sales are final. If a live item fails within 7 days, we replace it free (gift poinsettias excluded). Replacement is the only remedy under our 7-day replacement warranty. Takedown is an optional add-on: the January 2 to 10 takedown, or the $75 pumpkin swap that clears your fall display at your Christmas install. Both are refundable, minus a 3% cancellation fee, until 7 days before their window opens. We communicate by email only, so every booking and change has a written record.
