Service Description
Showcase is our full staircase-and-landing build, made for large porches and corner lots. On install day, it includes about 44 pumpkins and gourds with specialty and heirloom varieties, six mums including two 14-inch showpieces, three corn stalk bundles, three straw bales, autumn branches, a pair of wooden harvest crates, and a seasonal sign. It also includes a mid-season refresh visit with six fresh pumpkins to swap anything that has faded. How it works: pick a Saturday or Sunday on the calendar and pay once when you book. Nothing is due on the day. We bring everything, set it up in about 2 hours, and you don't lift a thing. We install rain or shine. Everything we install is yours to keep, crates included, and if a live item fails within 7 days, we replace it free. We serve Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Tualatin, Sherwood, Tigard, and Beaverton. Doorstep Seasons is owner-run from Tigard. Want it taken down? Add the Pumpkin rescue takedown when you book, and we'll come back in November, haul it all away, and give the sound pumpkins to a farm sanctuary when one can take them. The photos are concept renderings of each package. Real install photos replace them as the season's first porches go in.
Cancellation Policy
Fall 2026 is paid in full when you book your install slot. Nothing is due on the day. Christmas 2026 books separately under its own policy, which you'll see when you book a Christmas package. Cancel a fall booking 7 or more days out, and we refund what you paid, minus a 3% cancellation fee. Inside 7 days, there's no refund. You can reschedule once at no charge with 72 hours' notice. We install rain or shine, and reschedule only for unsafe conditions such as ice or a high-wind advisory. All sales are final, so nothing can be returned or exchanged. If a live item fails within 7 days, we replace it free. Replacement is the only remedy under our 7-day replacement warranty. Takedown is an optional add-on (a November pumpkin rescue, or a January 2 to 10 Christmas takedown), refundable, minus a 3% cancellation fee, until 7 days before its window opens.
